react-native project broken after react-native-git-upgrade

My packager has the following problem.

The project was working fine before I committed everything in the working tree and running react-native-git-upgrade

Running react-native-git-upgrade again gives me the following error

I am trying to develop a flutter app which connects to the server and exchanges data using websocket. The server is in .Net Core and using Asp.Net Core Websockets to implement this functionality.
