Flutter Installation Error

When i try to install Flutter in Android Studio as Plugin i got this error


But in Flutter Doctor its showing everything is fine



My pc configuration is i7, 8GB, 1TB, Windows 10

What should i do ?

I am trying to develop a flutter app which connects to the server and exchanges data using websocket. The server is in .Net Core and using Asp.Net Core Websockets to implement this functionality.
